0820 – 0845 hrs: General game and safety briefing; Group picture.

0845 – 0925 hrs: Armies inserted and readied.

0930 – 1230 hrs: Battle 1 duration.

1230 – 1320 hrs: Lunch Break and Recovery

1320 – 1355 hrs: Armies inserted and readied.

1400 – 1700 hrs: Battle 2 duration.

1715 – 1740 hrs: Recovery. Raffle drawing.

1745 – Till: Professionally catered BBQ Dinner by Texas Wild Bunch.*
* The first 100 Prepaid players only are guaranteed the BBQ Dinner.
